What is urinary leakage?

Urinary incontinence refers to unintended leakage of urine. It can range from occasional dribbles when coughing or lifting, to a sudden, intense urge that’s hard to control. The most common forms include:

Stress Incontinence: Leakage during physical pressure, like laughing, sneezing, or bending.
Urge Incontinence: A strong, sudden need to urinate that you can’t control.

What causes urinary incontinence?
